Born in the 80s on the shores of the Detroit River not far from a 200-year-old cathedral during choir practice. Raised on Schubert and Bach mingled with Motown and pounding piano in the shade of the Ambassador Bridge.

Anna Atkinson is a composer, songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist. The Toronto Star called her "the least earthbound artist we've heard in ages."

Anna has just released her second record, Sky Stacked Full, co-produced with guitarist David Occhipinti. She fronts electro-pop-R&B band Grannis Bea and sings and writes for new electro/viola/bass band Messiah Carry.

Anna loves to read books about science and philosophy. She lifts weights and bicycles all over the place.
